چکیده

Objective: to study the frequency and clinical manifestations of cryoglobulinemia in a population patients with chronic hepatitis C at different stages fibrosis. Materials methods: The source is 23492 HCV who are registered dispensary according Register Chelyabinsk region. studied was randomly formed - 100 verified HCV. As part ongoing single-stage study, standard general biochemical studies (bilirubin, ALT, AST, GGT), RNA blood subsequent genotyping virus, qualitative quantitative analysis for serum cryoglobulins (cryocrite level), instrumental methods research (ultrasound, transient liver elastometry determination degree fibrosis on METAVIR scale) were performed each patient. Results: Cryoglobulins found 63 (63%). At same time, stage 4 14 (22%), 3 8 (13%), 2 1 (1.5%), grade 1-17 (27%), 0-23 (36.5%). Of total number patients, only 22 (35%) had complaints cryoglobulinemia. In vast majority cases, hemorrhagic purpura recorded 18 (28.5%), volatile arthralgia (6.5%). Clinical mixed observed 35% (hemorrhagic purpura, arthralgia). A reliable correlation obtained between level cryocrit female sex pair coefficient 0.237 (p<0.05). Conclusion: data indicate need constant monitoring HCV, early etiotropic therapy direct antiviral drugs

Nowadays, strong association between cryoglobulines and hepatitis C has been proposed. Methods: This is a descriptive-analytic study in which we included all documented cases of hepatitis C infection wh...

Cryoglobulinemia in chronic hepatitis C: clinical aspects and response to treatment with interferon alpha and ribavirin.

INTRODUCTION The main extra-hepatic manifestation of hepatitis C is mixed cryoglobulinemia (MC). The aim of this study was to evaluate its prevalence among patients with chronic hepatitis C (CHC), to correlate its presence to host and virological variables and to the response to combined therapy with interferon-alpha and ribavirin. CASUISTIC AND METHODS 202 CHC naive patients (136 with chroni...

In Europe it is estimated that there are about 12 million people infected with C virus. Approximately 10% of them are located in Romania, therefore occupying 1 st place in morbidity with HCV and 4 th place at th...

Bcl-2 rearrangement in patients with chronic hepatitis C associated with essential mixed cryoglobulinemia type II.

Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection is found in 80% to 90% of patients with essential mixed cryoglobulinemia (EMC) type II, which is associated with monoclonal IgMk produced by monoclonal B cells. It was investigated whether bcl-2 rearrangement is associated with the clonal B-cell proliferation of EMC induced by hepatitis C. The study groups were composed of 15 patients with HCV and EMC, 12 patie...
